The building was awarded LEED Gold certification for “Operations and Maintenance” in 2024. Completed in 2008 the building accommodates 5,200 sqm of offices and fully let. With our building Phase 2 also obtaining LEED GOLD, our Expo 2000 Office Park is now fully certified. We plan to continue to improve our operations practices but also our renovation policies, sourcing better fit out materials and continuing to invest in the systems of the building.
